I’ve been a PlayStation guy since the original PlayStation released and I absolutely love it. This app adds some great ease of access for things but there are some problems that I’ve noticed. One is that sometimes the store doesn’t fully load up games and such on my tablet, and it’s only a year old. The second thing is that I am the kind of person that likes to have a clean notification tab, but I can’t do it on the app cause there is no way to delete some of them.

I’ve been waiting for years and still there hasn’t been an update to let me control my own mice volume. Most of my friends have to turn me down on the party screen to fix it, and I don’t like that having to stop playing their game; in the middle of a game most times. Can you all please add that and other settings that the console has? It’d be extremely convenient and nearly completely hassle free if you can make it happen! Thank you 🙏

I’d like it if we could display achievements or awards acquired in game as in potentially a camo unlocked in COD or something or character model or operator. I’m familiar with COD that’s why my references are more or less centered on that environment but it would be cool if we could go through achievements such as those that aren’t displayable or viewable in PlayStation at the moment. Maybe possible maybe not maybe the right team to ask maybe not but it would be cool.

Overall the app is very good and works fine. I wish there was an easy way to search by the companies who make the games. Example: Square Enix, Capcom, Sega etc.This would be helpful with small companies that have a nice game and then I want to check if they released more stuff in the past. Is that feature a hard thing to get? The idea is similar to other music apps that you can search but the “album” or the “artist”.

The ps app is so good to use. You can do so much stuff with it and it’s so nice to have the app. You can look at apps and everything which is awesome. But I accidentally bought the 12 month essential plan instead of the 3 month plan and I hope there is some way to get a refund on that. But this is an awesome app to have either way. I recommend it.

For some reason non of my captures from my ps5 uploads to my app no matter how long I wait or how much I try, and I have no clue why. I’ve done everything the app tells me to do and it still doesn’t work, so I’m not sure what’s happening. I’ve redownloaded the app countless times and I’ve checked for updates but nothing works. But other than that the app is great and super useful.

I tried to talk to people. It’s just stuck on connecting. I can’t even use it and my screen keeps turning black every second I try and use the app itself every time I touch it does that. Makes me mad all the time just trying to use it cause can’t use my headset. Why can’t they just update this app for once and do something good with it?

If you do not remove the purchased games from your wishlist before you buy it you will not be able to remove it from the app. Having games I bought on the list keeps me from adding new games to the list because it has a limit for some reason. Please fix ASAP! Do it, do it now!

Just add this to another review about how the sign in process is a waste of time that does not work. I honestly think PlayStation might just be paying for bot reviews to keep the illusion that this app works but it actually doesn’t and you can just say “cool, this app looks great but I’m not going to use it”

So when i go to open the app it gives me a white screen with done at the top but when i press done it gives me a error message and goes right back to it. Any ideas on how to fix it? I liked being able to download games and look at my progress without being at my ps5.
