  • Good, but why did it change?

    I’ve been using HotSchedules for about 2 years now. I find it great, and I’ve only had an issue with the most recent update.Why remove the Widget feature? Either my app isn’t allowing it (iPhone 14, latest IOS update), or it was removed, but it created a much easier way to access my schedule without having to open the app.Still easy to use, still a good schedule app, but could have been better if the widget stayed the same. Thank you.

    Hello, thank you for the heads-up! The missing Home Screen widget was caused by a bug on our end, but it’s fixed now in version 5.22.2. Update the app and the widget should be back. Appreciate your patience, and glad the app’s been helping you!

  • Widget not working after IOS 26.1 update

    I don’t know if it’s a problem from the app or from updating my phone but it seems that the widget to add to my Home Screen is no longer available to find, don’t get me wrong the app helps me out a lot I just need to have the widget back on my Home Screen for a quicker glance as it was used for, other then that no other issues or complaints

  • Notifications

    My coworkers and myself have noticed that we used to get notifications or an alert that someone has dropped a shift or picked up a shift. It was nice to hear that so I could race to my phone and pick up a shift. That no longer works for all of the staff I work with. Idk if it has affected other restaurants. Bummer. Other than that the app is very easy to navigate thru !

    Honestly I’ve had this app for years. I recommend it to anyone to purchase the app when starting a job using it. Way better than the web page. The only thing I ask is can you guys figure out a way to access multiple accounts without the need to log in/log out!!! Please!!

  • Bring Back the Widget Option

    To whom it may concern, I enjoyed the widget option so that I could glance at my schedule quickly without having to open the app. It was the most convenient feature I have experienced from the app. The quick at a glance use was perfect for giving pertinent information without all the necessary data that distracts from the simple need of knowing one’s schedule. Thanks.

  • App not working, help in helpful

    The app isn’t working. I pull up my Home Screen and it’s blank. Nothing. I tried re installing it. Nothing changed. I went to ask for help from the app and there is a bubble for “discover more” that covers the space you are to type in so you can’t even see what you’re trying to convey. And then it just says I don’t understand you 100 times. How can you get help with this issue if you can’t even see what you are typing? How can I contact someone who can help?
