    I use my Apple Watch to track workouts and all, and filling the rings in Fitness is fun, but it is terribly unrealistic to fill them every single day. Gentler Streak’s path feature truly helps to keep me on track by letting me evaluate overall fitness, not just for today. It not only gently nudges when my activity is too low, but also provides a reminder when I’m pushing too much. The weekly, monthly, and overviews help me to visualize the bigger picture, too. All of this is way more motivating.

    This app has helped me immensely on my journey. I learned so much by their Path analogy and learning to listen to my body. I appreciate all of the different exercise options that I haven’t seen in other fitness apps or the native Apple apps. It seamlessly syncs to my Apple Health without issues. I haven’t had any issues with the widget or Watch apps. The team makes meaningful updates when needed and takes user feedback into account when making changes. I very much recommend this app!

    I’ve used Gentler Streak for six months, and I honestly love it. I’m someone who always wants to be more active, but it’s really hard to set strict workout goals and keep up with them. This app doesn’t pressure you. It gives gentle reminders and encouragement, and it keeps reminding you that you don’t have to be strict with your body. I’d recommend it to anyone, especially women who want an active lifestyle without being pushed too hard. It’s perfect for long-term use.

    I really do love using Gentler Streak. It’s encouraged me to stay within a band of activity rather than the default rings, such that I don’t feel bad for missing a day or something. It feels like a more healthy reminder for long term trends than daily engagement. The UI is pleasant to use. I really like that the data is all stored locally in Apple Health too such that if I ever did stop using it, I still have all the history, plus I know it’s just staying local.

    I really like that this app accounts for life and fitness levels. I didn’t find the free option helpful and the help information seems to be written from the perspective of the paid app. I did upgrade, but I think the information should cover both unpaid and paid. Until I upgraded, my “path “ didn’t show anything like what was in the help. Still, really enjoying the (paid version) app.

    This has proven to be an excellent app with great insight into the current state of my health and trajectory over time. My favorite feature by far is the active monitoring and warnings when I’m pushing too far. Without it or when I ignore it, I definitely feel worse off the next day, but when I respect it I feel like I’ve made solid progress and still feel well in the coming days.

    I am a recent retiree who is loving the time/ability to be active. Whether it be active travel, pickleball, or a fitness class - they bring me joy, social connection, and help me maintain my health. I am not looking to become an Olympic athlete (obviously). A key concern for me is to keep my activity level and intensity balanced and safe so it remains sustainable. Gentler Streak echos and enables that philosophy perfectly. Thrilled to have found it!

    This is one of the best apps that I have use for health tracking. The encouragement provided by this app helps me to keep focused and building. The best part to me is the way the app reminds me to take a break from the workout routine and that alone helps prevent burnout. The lifetime membership is an excellent price for what you get. Can’t say enough good things about this app. It says what it does and does what it says!

    I’ve always struggled at times to understand what is considered “pushing” it when working out so it made a lot of sense why I would constantly start and stop because the aftermath of working out to the extreme would be just giving up. Now I can see when my body might be feeling a bit stretched and lets me rest without as much guilt!
