    Hey! I like your game so much but here to ask about one issue. I have whole piles of unnecessary shards for heroes i have already maxed. Please create regular exchange events or stop giving that shards since they are completely useless, just are dusting in the baggage 🥲

  • Scammers app with useless tech. Support

    Previously, I purchased several items from the in-game store, but the transactions did not process correctly. As a result, I did not receive all the items, yet I was overcharged. When I contacted your support team for a detailed breakdown of the credited purchases, my request was denied. Due to this lack of transparency, I escalated the issue to Apple Store and requested a refund for the incorrect charges. Apple reviewed my case and approved the refund. However, instead of resolving the issue professionally, game team responded by banning my account, preventing me from playing the game. This unfair action has caused me significant inconvenience, including lost game time and missed crucial clan events. The ban was imposed due to your team’s negligence and lack of professionalism, and I demand its immediate removal, but support continiously ignored my request

  • Support is bunch of unprofessional jokes

    The support are useless. Had a problem with the game, couldn’t choose my heroes for missions. That game got glitched for some reason. Explained everything to them, provided with photo and video for a couple of times, still they are saying that according to my videos i sent, nothing unusual and everything as it supposed to be. The Game is bagged asf. Useless support that don’t want to help you. Deleted the game and I’m not planning to get back with such approach from the devs. The trouble is real, I’ve read at least couple of articles, that people had the same issue that I did.

    The support team is incompetent! They don’t understand anything! They try to close requests as quickly as possible. They accuse me of using inappropriate language, but I don’t use it! When I appealed and asked them to provide proof that I actually did this, nothing was provided.There’s no point in playing a game where anyone can report you, and the support team doesn’t look into the context — they just ban you. But when I discovered unfair gameplay, the support team didn’t care at all. I have no desire to play anymore!

  • Violation of regulations

    Please note, If you choose “delete account” you must know that will be not so easy. The game will put you form to fill with data which you can forget such as data of installing app and other doubtful questions which are not relevant to this process. Than they review your deleting order and they can cancell your deleting order without any notification!It seems to me that this kind of deleting is a violation of Apple’s Apps regulations and user’s personal information…

    It turns out that in order for the developers to congratulate you on your birthday, you need to donate, yes, yes, you didn't hear it, there is a certain threshold of donations, and yes, it should be not one donation, and they should be, as I understand it, for hundreds of dollars/euro, so that later you would receive a form where you can fill in your date of birth, and only after that the developers will congratulate you on your birthday, I saw a lot of trash, but this is the first time
