I want to tell the R&D team that this software aligns with my vision for language market promotion. Though not developed by our company, I’m deeply moved to see its impact in the market. Blessing the unsung heroes behind it, may their dreams of developing something remarkable reach those who need it most, helping them excel in English.

I’m really disappointed with buying a one-year premium subscription, especially since there’s no trial option. Here are the major flaws:1.Too much focus on improving pronunciation, which honestly isn’t that important in actual English communication.2.When you chat with the AI, it just gives you sentences to repeat and corrects your pronunciation. This completely misses the point. Like I said, pronunciation isn’t that crucial. What’s more important is that it shouldn’t just give you sentences to repeat—it should let you come up with your own responses first. Then the AI can suggest ways to improve your expression. Expression is the real core of a conversation!3.It doesn’t even care if you understand the words you’re using. It just jumps straight into correcting your pronunciation. There’s no option to click and check the meaning of unfamiliar words. If we don’t even know the meaning of the words we’re practicing, we’re definitely not going to use them in real conversations. And even if we hear them later, we still won’t know what they mean.With these issues, it’s clear that this app was probably developed by someone with an obsession over pronunciation errors, completely ignoring what users actually need for English conversation.

The app keeps shut down and cannot hear my sound or play the example during practicing speaking sessions, where i’d like to hear the example again to check how i can improve my pronunciation. Sometimes the microphone is good, but most of the time it doesn’t work well, so i need to keep tapping the button to restart recording. I am stuck in the same stage and cannot move on to the next one, repeating recording and try the button… And only the first example can play the sound normally… BTW when the app shut down, i need to go through all tasks in the session, which is really annoying.

我家人花了三千多快幫我買了這個軟體一年的使用，除了我認爲他教了一堆不是重點的事情，課堂真的是浪費時間一點也沒幫助，在回答時，不知什麼原因，常常卡住導致我花了幾分鐘回答的單元要重新來過，提過很多次但都以換改進來敷衍，一而再再而三的發生，才導致我來這邊留言並給負評。說實在的三千塊一年的軟體質量如果是這樣，不如買本書或看看網路上的影片，這個軟體只會害了你們花錢又花時間。

It was a good tool. Recently, I don’t think so. The App makes a whole bunch of mistakes when playing sound to users. For example, in the basic-common English Slang, Leason45, the first sound plays “deed”, and the screen shows bead and beat!!!! How come?????? What’s going on with the quality? Would you mind pay attention to the mistake?A group presentation with Mayu, lesson 7, present (n.) and present(V), play the same sound. Please, ask your backend engineer and App engineer proper co-work.

I’m very willing to recommend your app to my family and friends around me. The role-play feature is particularly fantastic; it assists me in improving my conversational skills and considering how to interact with others.
