Take a deep breath: it’s both a call to action and a defining feature of this app’s approach to meditation. In a crowded field of mindfulness apps, it stands out for its ease of use and attention to (soothing) detail.
It does exactly what it sets out to do. But of course you have to put in the time, hence I love the reminder features of this app. It sorta checks in with you (based on the times you’ve set) which I love. Especially on a stressful day - it pulls you back and makes you reflect, even if it’s just for a minute or two. I also like the visual and audio aspects - the quotes, the motion backgrounds, the colours, the sounds.
Calm is an awesome app It definitely helps me with my stress and anxiety as I am a medical student studying neurological issues I would definitely recommend this story to students who are studying
I love this app most times my schedule could get a bit crazy and night shifts have thrown of my sleep cycle how ever the rain is what I’m in love with it make my sleep so easy to come. Wonderful app hoping to use the stories and other stuff soon. ENJOY
