Why is the choice of countries so limited?

very disappointed, initially I could not set up a subscription, gave an error, later contacting support they included me a subscription, but I did not need this! withdrawing 10 euros, I tried to return this money because I did not use it, but nothing came out, no response from those support. I cancelled my subscription again, but in a strange way next month I was again withdrawn 10 euros! I did not use, canceled my subscription. I never got a good answer, they took 20 euros from me. ;(
