Great service, especially as it is one of rare streaming services that offers subtitles in my language (Slovenian). But would like to see more options for the service, like notifications about new upcoming content, quality, movie/series rating etc..

1. The biggest issue I have is that a lot of shows and movies from studios which Comcast (sky) owns are not even in library. For example Friends, Psych, Monk, Castle, Brooklyn 99, Southpark and many more... Also some shows like The Office don’t have superfan (extended) episodes but normal short ones, even tough peacock is owned by Comcast. Meaning I can't legally watch those shows/episodes. Why Comcast doesn’t have a universal app for the whole world with all the shows and movies is beyond me… 2. Some fundamental settings are missing, like resolution change, when next episode will be available, notifications and so on.3. Some original shows are getting new episodes with delay, for example Tulsa king already have 8 episodes accordingly to imdb but you can only stream 6 episodes...4. Some translated names of episodes in Slovenian language are not always consistent, which indicates two or more different translators. For example the office s4 e5 and e6 are two part special but each episode have different name.. Both should have the same name marked with part 1 and part 2. Translators need to be in sync.

There is a 10 or more seconds lag between key press on remote and visual representation on tv. Sometimes i pres like 3 times and all three “clicks” are being made after lag.What it looks like that “demo” movie starts to download, and it blocks the UI completely. The navigation - especialy when you try to find neext show or movie is so disrupted that it is not just imposible. Give me the option to turn off auto downloading of this demo in settings and i think it will be superb.

It’s great service but there is no Italian or German language. And there is no south park on sky. I thought they offer same things as paramount+ because in slovenia we cannot use it…

First they offer half off. After a while they realise they are making too little so they try to think of new ways to make money off of you so they start charging you for not playing the commercials during shows. Ridiculous. And they don't have any worthwhile content anyway. Canceled.

I’m really dissapointed with your service. I subscribed and PAID for service and still cannot watch. When i try to play movie I get message that i need to subscribe which I already DID. Now I ended subscription and you will not see me again!
