With the recent TikTok update, creators are now limited to only 5 hashtags per post. While this might have been intended to simplify content or reduce spam, it actually makes it much harder for editors and creators to boost videos effectively. Hashtags are one of the main ways for content to reach the right audience, and reducing them to just 5 significantly limits visibility and discoverability. The previous system allowed us to be more flexible and creative, reaching different communities at once, which helped smaller creators grow. I strongly hope you can consider bringing back the older hashtag system or at least increasing the limit.In addition, the new like animation (the oversized heart) feels distracting and overwhelming. Many users around me have also said they don’t enjoy it, as it takes attention away from the content itself. The previous, smaller animation was simple, clean, and less intrusive. A more subtle design would keep the experience enjoyable without pulling focus away from the video.Overall, these changes make it harder for both creators and viewers to enjoy the platform as before, and I hope TikTok reconsiders these updates for the benefit of the community.

Hi tiktok so I have been using tiktok a lot these days and I just experienced this for like 2 days. So my FYP is usually Anime, couples, zodiac sign or just random things. But since yesterday, my FYP just turn into Thai. I have no idea what I have done. A back story. So this I have 2 phones, one with a SIM card and the other does not. Both with the same account. The one with no SIM card is the one with the issues. My search page suggestion turn into Thai as well. But it’s still in English. My region is always Singapore. I also put Uninterested on the Thai videos but it keeps appearing. For now. Half of my TikTok app is Thai related while the others are either in English or anime related. FYI i will also watch Vietnamese TikTok but never Thai so please fix this for me. Thank you very much

okay so i’ve been using tiktok since 2016. it has been a HUGE influence in my life and i just wanted to say thank you to that. now, to the problem. recently i got a new ipad. and i was super happy about it. i downloaded tiktok on it and started positing videos on it of me lip singing. all normal right? so then after a while, i logged into the account using my phone. and when i entered in, i clicked one of the videos i made, and looked at it. for some reason, the sound is delayed. meaning i’m lip singing the lyrics and then the sound only comes on a second later. making me look like a complete joke. again, no one had told me this happened. i went to my account on my sisters phone, and it was still happening. the audio was delayed. but then, when i go to my ipad and watch the videos, no problem, the audio isn’t delayed. please fix this bug asap because it is really embarrassing me.

Banned my tt accs before my birthday last year, tried multiple times to appeal and didn’t work. Tried logging in again to appeal and it had expired. That wouldn’t be a problem since i could make a new one, but i am unable to reuse the same gmails and I could not make any more gmail accounts after. Other than that, the system is quite lousy. I got banned for 1 day for a video that was of no harm. Hilarious, but being banned multiple times could lead to a permanent one even though it wasn’t my fault. The filtering is also not bad, but could be better. I could say “heck” and i would get a warning, however another person could say explicit words more foul than mine and wouldn’t be removed.Edit: i got banned for being underaged, despite being 13 in less than 2 months. Which was quite offensive. 10 year olds could use tiktok, yet i was banned because i was not 13 yet.. by a few months??

I get banned off tiktok for no entire reason! I am just making some simple arts and crafts videos or shopping hauls & it is counted as inappropriate? Why do I and so many others get banned for no reason at all while other users who post stuff that harm others can still remain on tiktok and unbanned. Its a good app to entertain yourself(?) but the downsides are really irritating. I hope tiktok would do something about this because Im sure its very annoying and frustrating if you have to keep making new accounts with different numbers/emails and then slowly runout with options. I wish that we can make multiple accounts with the same number and not have to have a specific account at first and then link them. Also, when I do try logging in, it says im “not of age yet” when I am literally above 12? Tiktok,do better.
