My kids love lamsa so much that I subscribed to this app,but we deleted it because of its bugs. Today I downloaded lamsa again but we don’t have the same account nothing, I already subscribed pls fix it , I am really thankful for this app its amazing for my kids, and they always discount money from me.Thank you🌷🌷

Great app- too slow

The app is great. Full of learning activities, beautiful graphics, very fun for children. BUT, and it’s a very big but: it’s too slow. The loading time is very long. Sometimes I think twice before using because it is so slow. Please update and fix so we can enjoy using more often!
Monthly subscription without benefits

I have subscribed for this app because my son loves it. It is a great app, with a wonderful content. However, they have been taking the monthly fees from my credit card, but when we use the app it asks us to subscribe again. I have contacted their customer service and I hope they refund me for the past months and fix the bug.
