They helped me to get my levels back, were prompt and were able to fix the problem quickly. I didn't expect to be taken seriously especially since I didn't have a very high level. But this is how you showed me that every user matters, regardless of their level, and thank you

The game is very addictive, I have reached level 3148 as I have been playing it for some time. I have gathered around 150 lives from Facebook friends, and lots of superpowers over time. Today I had to reinstall the app and even though I have connected with my account, all my lives and superpowers are now gone. Only thing that remained saved is the level and the fact I have accesed the daily win today and it was not available again after new installation. After all this time gathering stuff in the app, after a fresh install, my progress was gone. Keep in mind that in a level so advanced, you need a superpower to finish it. Not to mention that I paid for some superpowers. This is sooo frustrating that I have deleted the app for good.

One day I paid 5 RON (1 euro) in the game to pass a very difficult level, and since then I don't receive additional videos. It's so frustrating, I stupidly put money in, and now the game keeps asking me to put money in it. I don't enjoy playing this game anymore. I've been stuck at a Level for days and I don't receive videos anymore to have 4-5 extra moves. Please, do something, tell me a solution, so that I can see videos again.
