This app is great for online tickets and entertainment on the train but when it comes to making bookings it is more straightforward to go to an agent. In my experience the app timetable is sometimes out of date.

After being told that we would receive compensation for train delay of over an hour and thirty minutes many emails later still no contact from Eurostar terrible service would not recommend
