Dashlane has been super handy on a number of occasions where I've had to update a password or used a login for something I rarely use. I have also found the secure notes to be a great feature. I've used this feature to keep important information I would otherwise feel unsafe to have stored on my phone or laptop. There are some limitations with app logins which are unable to auto fill. But the ease of fingerprint identification to access you passwords makes it fast and easy to copy and paste your password should you be unable to auto login. Great app!

I have been using Dashlane for a few years now and it was so good I got monthly premium. I cancelled as the option was changed to $99 a year as the cheapest plan. That’s not an affordable option as opposed to a small monthly fee so thus, cancelled my plan. Now my issue is my information is LOCKED. I can’t view, edit or copy any of my passwords stored in Dashlane unless I pay $99. Anytime I try to auto fill using Dashlane it doesn’t work, I’m re-routed to the “view payment plans” page in the app. My passwords are paywalled. I can’t log into anything. This means I’ve had to manually reset everything and store passwords elsewhere. I’m locked out of some accounts permanently due to not being able to reset passwords by not knowing my old ones. This seems like it shouldn’t be legal. Ethically it’s appalling and once I pull my data I’m never using Dashlane again. I was a loyal customer and now you’ve blocked me from viewing any of my logins and paywalled it. $99 NZD is insane for me to spend on one app with no other options. Do better.

I have found Dashlane to provide excellent Help when there are problems emerging and it gives me confidence to keep my passwords with them. They will even tell me how many passwords are the same. That is from the early days before we could generate passwords on Dashlane. I can even copy passwords over to the apps that need them
