Afterlight 2 incapsulates the tools I use to use on several other apps. Wish I had tried it early as I’ve now deleted all the others. Highly recommend, also simple and easy to use

I’ve been using Afterlight 2 for a few months now (on iPhone and iPad), and use it to edit countless photos for Instagram and Facebook.I thoroughly enjoy it and find it invaluable as part of my photo editing toolkit, though have had several crashes over the time I’ve used it. This hasn’t happened recently, so it appears as though it may have been fixed by updates. I use a variety of photo editing apps including this one, and sometimes use multiple per photo. That’s not a problem - you can’t always expect an app to do everything, and that doesn’t make it any less amazing.I use Afterlight for more “creative” photo editing (such as the “light” light leaks and “dust”), and Snapseed for things like curves and technical adjustment. Having made extensive use of these features over a long time, I can highly recommend this for anyone with a fancy for fancy photography 😁

Lots of great functions and customisations. Number of Textures and lightleaks available is a bit limited but the one you can play with are of great quality. But since the app is subscription based I won’t get it unfortunately. Since adobe first introduced sub based access to app I spent hours trying to find alternatives and promised myself I’ll never get an app that is sub based. And this app won’t be the exception sorry.
