Anytime I try to login into my triller it’s always shows no connection have uninstalled and installed again still the same thing

I love the app and everything about it except anytime I want to post and save a video the app shuts down unnecessarily and it has been like that for quite a while at first I thought it was my WiFi but after I switched it the problem still remained

You guys have spoilt the app already.. it has always been better but with every new update it gets worse... now its so difficult to use.. you cant even edit one video at a time before shuffling it.. the when it gets to the shuffling part.. the number of parts have been reduced then when trying to change the videos everything goes blank.. saving is almost impossible now... very terrible

It’s actually a very nice app but for like three months now I’ve been unable to make videos. I don’t know what the problem might be.
