Your nightly Sleep Score is broken down into five components: heart-rate dip, consistency, interruptions, restorative sleep, and duration. Tap into the details to see a sleep stages timeline and a multi-day trend of your score so you can track progress, not just a snapshot.
Overnight Recovery
Get a snapshot of how well your body bounced back. It brings together heart rate, HRV, wrist temperature, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen into one clear view.
Sleep Debt
We rebuilt Sleep Debt to be more accurate and more useful. The new chart shows a longer history, making it easy to see how choices compound over time and how your balance changes with consistent habits.

Now, you can take full control of your sleep history with our new Sleep Manager. This feature allows you to edit past entries and add any missing nights, ensuring that every detail of your rest is captured accurately.
