Hello Dev..what i want to say about the Frosty Fortune Event is the System gacha of the event is quite unconvenient for F2P player like me and other F2P player cause we always need to collect a certain amount of Thorn Of Enigma (for redeem)a certain skin in Emporium Of Enigma (Redeem Shop) but at the end of the event the Thorn Of Enigma token will be expired if the token are not meet the certain amount and reset to 0 in the next same event were started..Can you just make the system like the same way for Thorn Of Enigma token to be keep for the next new Frosty Fortune Event just like we can keep the Gem Of Enigma (for gacha)..P/S: HOPEFULLY CAN MAKE THIS REQUEST🔥👍🏼

Many reviews have pointed out similar issues: bad players dominate the game, setting their own rules that everyone is forced to follow. This creates an oppressive environment where newcomers cannot play freely or explore the game on their own terms.The gamemaster is unresponsive to these ongoing problems, allowing bullying to thrive unchecked. State-wide harassment of individual players is common, and there’s little to no support or accountability to address this behavior. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment, the game encourages power-hungry alliances that ruin the experience for new and casual players.Other players have also highlighted pay-to-win mechanics, repetitive gameplay, and lack of updates to balance the game. This adds to the frustration, as newer players are stuck at a massive disadvantage unless they spend significant money.iOS should take notice of the rampant complaints about bullying, unfairness, and poor management in this game. Until the developers overhaul the system and make the game enjoyable for everyone, Whiteout Survival is not worth your time.

I downloaded it coz of the cute advertisement but the game isn’t quite like that. It’s more of a killing other players game while spending money to get stronger. A bit harder for F2P players. The server I joined had 3 whales but thankfully they were not bullies. However it’s the people that makes up the community. Within 2 weeks , one of the top alliance leader quit, another alliance leaders decided to go to another server. Some people from older servers came and dictate stuff and ruined the whole game for new comers. Quit after close to a month. Too many nonsense which people bring from real life into the game. Art was ok. Events ok coz it’s new to me but apparently it keeps repeating. Still they do they to have various events to make it fun. That’s nice. Still, didn’t have a good experience overall. Too much drama and tears shed for a game

I really wanted to enjoy this game, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The gameplay feels repetitive and unbalanced, making it more frustrating than fun. On top of that, the developers seem more focused on pushing microtransactions than actually improving the game. Progression is painfully slow unless you spend money, and even then, the rewards don’t feel worth it.The community feedback is mostly ignored, bugs take forever to fix, and new updates usually make things worse instead of better. I’ve played many games in this genre, and unfortunately, this one is one of the most poorly managed.Unless there are major improvements, I can’t recommend this game to anyone. There are far better alternatives out there that actually respect players’ time and money.

I love the game so far, watching the little villagers do their little things and the community in world chat are super friendly. BUT I do hope they fix the heating problem cause my phone burns up everytime I open up the app. I feel like I could cook eggs with my phone. Please fix that, I don’t want to charge my phone every 3 hours because of it. I dont feel like it should have high demand processor to play this game.

with the recent maintenance updates, all my stats has gone significantly, i raised it up again although not up to its former glory, then next 2 days it went down again. report this issue twice to their customer support, even provided the screenshot of in-game mail with the time stamp, no action. their reply also seems like a bot reply. although you worked hard to be the strongest, the developers can easily tweak your stas throwing all efforts down the drain. this is just another version of State of Survival where they will squeeze every bit of your hard earn money. dont waste time and money on this app
