Facing lagging issues everytime viewing live content on both platform (web browser & app) even when using high speed broadband. However the technical was responsive but i am bored of need to troubleshoot myself everytime with common issues repeatedly i.e. Refresh browser, clear cache, re-login, reset connection .etc but actually error are from their side. Content wise ok for me as my interest is only in sports and some local content. Hope fast improvement. The good thing is there is no contract and no device required.
This app makes it so hard for you to cancel your subscription. In the profile settings when I tap on the ‘cancel’ button it says I have to cancel it through the payment method I applied from. Which does not make any sense at all. I logged in to my web account and the ‘cancel’ button is not even there. It says i have to cancel it on my app store? How do I do that? I have never ever cancelled a subscription on the app store. It’s not even listed on my subscription under my icloud account for me to cancel. The support section on the website does not help either. It’s just a really unclear instruction on how to cancel. It does not go into detail on how you cancel the subscription through the app store or web or whatever.So until I get a reply from their support on how I can proceed with my cancellation (which based on the reviews here will take god knows how long), I am stuck on this service against my will. Avoid at all costs.

The worst app ever. If I can rate negative, I will rate negative. I have purchased premium vip package with the expectation I can watch olympic across all my gadgets and tv. After purchased been made for more than 5 days I still cannot access to the premium features at all. I made proper complaint to customer service email for advice in case I made mistake. It took forever for them to revert the answer. Requested me with the payment details and other evidence. I do provide the proofs in timely manner. Yet the response is ultimately disappointing. They cannot trace my id and so on. How my account can be charged if my id is not existed! I try to follow up the email for support, its been about 10 days already yet I still cannot watch anything. I try to reach through twitter, there’s no answer at all. I can say, their customer engagement is worst ever. Just please don’t subscribe.

Subscribe one device plan. Try changing login on another device after logout from the current device suddenly the apps ask me to subscribe again with different plan. Which is 100+ for 2 years. I don’t have any issues from others apps platform but this was my first time subscription on this apps yet so troublesome. Feels like im wasting my money when i cant change to other devices to login with. What if i lost my devices then try to watch when i still had my current subscription?? Then login to new device? Still i need to subscribe another plan in order for me to watch again on this apps?? Ridiculous

I subscribed using yahoo mail and linked to facebook. Once logout, i cannot login back. It shows ‘email existed. Please try logging in with social login option below’ . Of course email existed, i subscribe for monthly plan using that email, or are you saying the plan for one time login only????the account linked to my fb,Tried to login using my facebook account, then it show feature unavailable. Cannot even click forget password option. Dunno who design this. How the heck i am suppose to login??
1.)Default is 1080p in tv but the display will automatically zoom out until only can see quarter of the full screen, need to change to 720p only it will stay full screen. But there is no option to permanent change to 720p. It troublesome user need to change every time click to a new channel, please fix it!2.) on TV apps, it will disconnect after few days of pairing. Always need to do pairing. Why can user just login user name and password and stay login until user choose to logout. Not user friendly at all. If want to subscribe for parent please think twice.
