I tried to play but it looks childish and more for the east Asia population. I’m from south east Asia, over 40 and I found out that this game is not for me and most of the people in my age group and region. From reading reviews, I’m reluctant to start playing this game. I downloaded it and tried to play. I am shocked on Why was this game chosen for the Asian esports game tournament? It’s a teenage type game and looks very arcade like. These days developers must have a robust security system set up to protect their games from hackers, cheaters and bullies. To the over 35 years old, this Bang Bang is not e-sports. It’s too anime and too colorful. Like an arcade game for 17 below. Make this game more adult type, less colorful scenes and have a strong app security team. I guess 3 stars would be a fair rating for this game based on everything especially how developers are not making this more for other than the teenage age groups. I got a great idea: Why not be the first to make 2 versions of a game. Based on age groups. For tournaments, have players upload a gov id with the date of birth. Together with strict privacy policies and player info protection guaranteed by teaming up with Apple and by logging in using our Apple iCloud account.

I dunno why the system deducted my point for no reason. i have trully support during my current match! it just the hyper and tank love war like a MANIAC! so when they being killed i’m the one who being accused not helpfull.. should i die just because they love to war without using their brain? the hyper does not having any damage and was hoping somebody to support him. i am trying to help by push thru turret and gold lane, should i help the hyper who want to chase mvp title, but always getting kill at the end? i’m in mage position, the tank doesn’t even roaming well while with the hyper. still the two combo said i’m the one who not helpfull. They can’t even work together , at end being killed or have to retreat, so why my point being deducted? seriously, i can’t brain this! i thought the system choose the team based their skill level, and i dunno why am i being matched with this kind of player? should i just play at classic, at least i won’t need to play hard, even being reported i won’t mind! playing at ranked very stressfull!! u lost star, u lost point, u lost your mood! u don’t even know what the purpose of playing hard , coz in the end will be reported and the system supported this crazy player! urgh!

As much as I love this game, I must admit that it has many flaws which not only me, but many other less popular players face. First, matchmaking, I’m ranked as a Legend, yet I get match-made with Grandmaster(s) and this is extremely annoying because many of these players are low skilled. Moving on, the biggest issue I am facing right now, why am I in the Philippines server, I notice that in classic, every match there’s at least one of my teammates who are AFK, and when I ask where are they from, they all say they’re from Philippines. I used to get match-made with Indonesians and Malaysians which is extremely convenient for me and them, as there isn’t a language barrier. But seriously, why am I being match-made with people from countries who don’t speak my native language? This is very annoying and it better be fixed as many players whom I personally know are planning to quit this game if this doesn’t get fixed. Lastly, AFK behavior, I feel that the player’s win rate and MMR should not be affected if a person in a team is AFK as it is extremely unfair. In this game, our skilled is judged mainly by our win rate. Though, even the world’s best player wouldn’t be able to win a game if just 1 of his/her teammates are AFK. This is extremely unfair for lower rank players who want to work their way up on the leaderboard. I hope that something could be done about these problems that players are facing.

You will not be able to buy the best hero for this stage in rank or in this period of time (buff and nerf)The heros are also very unbalanceEmblems takes way too long to upgrades. The higher you are in rank the more disadvantage you get from lacking of emblems level. For example me myself which I personally think I level up in rank pretty fast. When I touch the game I am able to achieve epic with around 80 match with no experience and knownledge of the game before. But it gets way harder later on as my enmey are always able to escape me by very low hp and my current highest emblems level are only 34. Also to unlock a page of emblems takes way too much powder, my current rank now are legend II and I still have three page emblems not unlocked yet. My physical embles are only 34, jungle 26, assassin 16, fighter 22, support 15 and marksman 14 (rest not unlocked). This not only narrow my first choice of hero uses (can't choose magical damage hero and tank). My emblems on average are very low which makes me only able to use the higher with is physical. The emblems also makes people think I am troll but I am (my current credit score is 110 with violation rate 0%).

Been a loyal fan, spended lots in this account. But when I am hacked, my remain diamonds, battle points and fragments been fully used by this hacker and not to mention trolling game along for lose streak and Ultimately shown u proof that I been Blackmailed to hve this account returned immediate but your team does ntg to prevent these losses during the preriod I been hack up until who knows when I get back the account. And you expect the players to fully bare all these losses. I use an IOS phone btw not been hack from any hacks using and u can check my profile and account. The hackers seems to be trolling your game using hacks to win rank to Mythic and you do nothing about. Tell me whats best you can do? Would you refund all the money I spend to this account so I can stop playing your game where you give zero attention to serious issues for your loyal players. The longer you drag the more loss I bare is this what your intention is? Selling skins once you earn the money and you dont care anymore?No matter how many reports you receive, as customer support dont you understand the account means alot to the players? And when players have account been hacked issue it is duly very so important to attend to it immediately like the bank system? I dont understand where you have trading inside an account and yet you insur so little to protect the customers.

I am a fan at beginning. Later we just quit playing. Firstly, matchmaking is a rubbish in the system. When I was Grandmaster it was fine during mid and end of season but when it comes to reset, all Legend and Epic will start to drop n apparently our Preparation is much lower upgraded such as Fighter, etc than those in the Epic or Legend. How in the world do you expect us to play with them. You can easily loose 10-20 rounds no matter how you play. Cheats is another issues here. Some Player from previous Epic are match with you in Master. I can see 4-5 player trying to kill one player and its Vamp and Health is double even after all of 4 player are dead, ridiculous to match highly upgraded Preparation Emblem Epic Rank Player with Master Low Skill player. It should follow higher rank rather than bringing down the player to lower rank for all those stupid savage kills and etc due to their highly prepared emblem. Slowly this will be an issues to those who ate in the game after one seasons. My line and phone disconnected and I was presumed afk. I was match with those stupid a lot of AFK player in the team. Some player are from lower rank are being match with and against those player in epic level. Lag and reception going to ted and green very frequent even though my line is fine at 500mbps.
