I would like to report an issue about money charging. The app withdraws money for mini coin packages and duke’s treasure from my bank account without my permission when I even didn’t mean to buy it. This is at least the third time this has happened. I have already sent a complaint to the support service on money refund and am waiting for a reply. I also had to restrict access of my bank account to online purchases because of this game. Please give some instruction on how to fix this issue and prevent it from happening again.

The reason I downloaded this game is because of your advertisement. in the advertising it always seemed as if there would be a game where you need to save the king, but in fact the game to save the king comes out ten times over, and they didn’t even plan to give stars for that. For this 3 points to you.

Dear developers! Please add more name change options. It's been a long time since I've used all the standard attempts to change my name. But why is there still no option to change the name?

Why would you make ads with real people saying that here you have to save the king and show totally different gameplay but in real time it’s totally different just simple game of matching and that’s all

I tried it, didn’t like it. Deleted. But! Now it trying to upload every time I see it’s advertising! Twice after an advertising I found it uploaded to my phone! Twice! What?! Annoying brazen piece of s… crowing everywhere! Not interesting, like any other game 3 in one, no interesting story, nothing new, no advertising inside - that’s lie. Don’t try it, or it will come out every hole, trying to grab your device. Go to hell, developers!

The game is pretty good and catches your attention but at some moment you can go further as the levels are the way too difficult and you just has no option but to buy some additional equipment. It is upsetting but smart
