¡Bienvenido! So I’m in Japan and I have a good enough grasp of the language to set this app up and use it regularly. (It says in store that there are 24 languages available, but really I could only select Japanese for the app although many shows from overseas I want to watch can be seen in English. So I guess Spanish shows can be watched in Spanish, too... is that what’s meant by 24 languages? Kind of misleading, isn’t it?) So, recently the app asks me if I would like to switch to Spanish. I thought, huh, let’s check on English. Nope. Two choices: Japanese or Spanish...Really? Spanish?Ok Amazon, it’s Japan so if you’re going to skip the #2 most spoken language here (and #1 in the world by number of total speakers both native and not, also our modern time lingua Franca) then wouldn’t Portuguese, or Mandarin or something else better fill your customers needs... in Japan?Anyway, great job adding a language, at least. Spanish certainly is the most widely spoken first language in the world... and I’m sure those millions of immigrants from Mexico, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Cuba etc. etc. are ecstatic. But could you please add English, too? Plenty of people here from the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, the UK, India, Ireland, as well. I mean, English is already supported by your overseas apps. Would it be too much work to graft it on here? Also, could you work on organizing the available content better? It’s almost criminal.Netflix has you beat by a long shot there. I feel like sometimes Netflix has you beat on content, then I find a hidden gem and I’m surprised I didn’t see it before because it would be right in-line with other shows I watch. Wouldn’t you want your customers to get more out of this? That they would know what value is actually here? ¡Muchas gracias!
