A smooth experience with room for improvement

First of all, I appreciate the lack of ads which is always the biggest issue that stops me from continuing to use an app. The sign up process was also easy. I played Dice, Wheel, Pump, Licence to Squirrel, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Rock Paper Scissors and Mines. The games worked smoothly and also seems low-risk. I also liked the fact that we didn't need an initial wallet amount to play most of these games and could just try them out . However, as a newbie to casino games, I was in need of instructions for a few of them such as Licence to Squirrel and Sweet Bonanza 1000. I also feel the navigation could be a bit easier. I noticed we can't directly access our profile page but rather only click on separate sections like Wallet, Vault, Statistics etc. This made me a bit confused. Other than that, I can see this app working for those interested in casino games.

Deposited money not added into stake balance I have placed an enquiry given all proofs still it has been more than 3 days nothing happened it still showing reviewing and there’s nothing more I can do to reach to you it’s been more than 3 days ur extended days enquiry I’d (_-FOxs9bdt3GjSYk) please check into this now this is getting out of hand it been now like they are not going to give the deposited money please do play on your own risk this is fraud and a fake app looted my deposited money it never gets deposited in my stake wallet now it showing the case has been closed this is ridiculous I have given the screenshot of the paid money inspite of that they have closed the case my escalation I’d _-FOxs9bdt3GjSYk please look into this the app is a total fraud I will change my review only if you give my money back your live support is a bot system nothing can be done through it takes me to the transaction details where I have already given all proofs despite that you all have looted my money and closed the case how could you do this after sending the proofs of payment I don’t have any hope please see to it again I m giving you my Escalation id(_-FOxs9bdt3GjSYk)
