The actual gameplay is made unnecessarily difficult—if a level requires around 35 moves, the game provides only 18–24 moves, forcing you to rely on boosters or in-app purchases. Lives are limited and take a long time to refill, while most in-app purchases just offer “unlimited lives” for 1–2 hours. On higher levels, it literally takes a day or two just to clear a single stage because lives are limited and take time to refill, and the levels are far too hard with not enough moves provided. the design clearly feels intended to push spending rather than provide fair, enjoyable play. Overall, it feels less like a fun puzzle game and more like a strategy to force purchases. The difficulty balance should be improved, otherwise it quickly becomes frustrating instead of entertaining…

Sure, this game can be played when you are extremely bored and there are no ads. But the amount of ads they put up in other games is excruciating. The ads are highly misrepresentative. You do not get to save the King that often. As you progress, those levels reduce and you get like one per 100 levels or maybe more. Further, your rewards are too less irrespective of the difficulty levels and they constantly want you to spend 900 coins minimum to get just 5 more chances. If you want us to spend, you should reward us more so that we have some in the bank. Rewards to set up the rooms (stars) are also too low. Highly misrepresentative game!

First of all the game is not as shown in ad! You’re not able to save the king as shown in ads. The game is misleading, the levels are really hard, and they don’t give enough moves to complete that level. If you want more moves and more power up for your levels, you have to purchase the Royal pass and and also they have decreases the prize money, the coins we earn by passing the levels so that you need to buy Royal pass for more coins and more pow ups! Really disappointed by recent update and would really appreciate if it goes back as normal as it was before, and you give us more coins without purchasing with the actual money!

All your ads that feature show the game to be won is when We save the king from different situations but on downloading the game. All we have got to do up to 150 levels is just like playing a game of candy crush. When do the levels where we save the king from awkward situations start ….this game has been a big let down

In level no 216 i was in a situation where I need only one move to complete the level but unfortunately I didn’t have enough coins so I decided to purchase and add moves. When i have started purchase of Rs 99, my payment was debited through UPI but in game it shows that your payment is cancelled and then level is failed. So what do I have to do ?My AIM to purchase coins is not fulfilled and when i restarted the game, that purchased was successful. Its not useful for me now.
