I have been using Todoist for a few years now (mainly because of the chrome extension) but only recently used it for personal stuff. I really appreciate how scheduling tasks is done. It’s so easy and intuitive. I especially like the hard coded “tomorrow”, “weekend”, “next week”, etc. I use them 99% of the time. Also really love the grouping feature in the Today view, i use it for both personal stuff and work and it makes it really easy to look for something in a glance. Also the recurrence feature is great. Instead of setting recurrent events in calendar for tasks I put them in a “recurrence” project and they show up in my Today view when relevant and just stays there until I complete them. Speaking of which the “reschedule” feature is very good. In a press of a button I can just push every task from yesterday to today. I really have zero complaints the app is always performant and designed very well.

Been using this app for a year now and standing by my words from back then, Todoist is still The most powerful productivity tool out there for me. It works on multiple platforms with a simple and intuitive UI which makes the process of capturing and managing tasks a natural part of my workflow. Its integrations with gmail, google calendar and personal assistance is great.
Latest Update Wiped My Data, Extremely Frustrating

I’ve been using Todoist for a long time and genuinely relied on it to keep my life organized. But after the latest update, all my tasks and lists suddenly disappeared, and I can’t add anything new. It feels like the entire app became unusable overnight.This is incredibly disappointing and honestly quite upsetting. I trusted this app with important personal and work-related information, and losing everything without warning is unacceptable. I really hope the team fixes this issue quickly and finds a way to restore users’ data, because right now the app isn’t serving its purpose at all.
