I tried to contact support via chat but the chat have a bug. keep asking me if I want to delete my account and now when I press on, cancel it immediately close the chat. I have problem progress in the Royal league. I’ve been stuck on the same level for a few days. But there is no way to contact you.
You think it’s just a harmless game… until it slowly starts draining you in ways you don’t notice at first. At the beginning, it feels fun, relaxing, and rewarding. But the deeper you go, the more you realize something is very wrong. The game starts freezing exactly when you’re about to win an important level. It crashes right at the final move, kicks you out, and makes you lose every booster you worked so hard to collect — especially the Color Bomb you only get after completing ten levels. That’s not a glitch. It happens too consistently to be an accident. And here’s the part that really opened my eyes:The moment you make a purchase — even just once — the entire game changes. Levels become suddenly harder, the “accidental” crashes increase, and the timing of failures becomes suspiciously perfect. It’s almost like the game silently flags you as a paying target. After that, everything feels designed to push you toward spending again.I reached very high global ranks. I invested time, effort, and actual money… only to realize the game was using all of that against me.You feel rewarded at first, but eventually you understand: the game wants you to keep climbing just enough to stay hopeful, then it takes everything away right before you progress. It’s psychologically exhausting — not entertaining. You don’t notice the manipulation immediately. That’s the scariest part. It creeps in slowly, turning something meant to relieve stress into something that creates stress. If you value your time, your mental peace, or your sense of fairness… please think twice before falling into the same cycle.I deleted the game, and honestly, it felt like walking away from something toxic.
This is a nice game, but you misled people! When promoting this game you present screens that doesn’t exist! You release videos from what seems to be the king’s nightmare but on the advertisement videos the screens are different then in the actual game. You mislead on purpose to make people think it’s one game when in fact it’s not like you make it to be.So unnecessary.
It’s the first time I encounter a mobile game that is fun to play, free to play and has no ads! I enjoy it very much. Although I’m an old fan of Candy Crash, and this game bears many similarities to it, I think some things are better implemented in Royal Match (like prizes preview before claiming, teams organization).
The gameplay is generally similar to games such as candy crush and the homescapes likes. All of which are pretty good. There’s something about the engine of Royal Match that seems to be smoother than the rest. That really makes it feel great and fun to play!
It’s a nice game in the low levels, but they made it impossible to complete high levels without paying. In some levels you have less moves to complete the level even if every move is a booster, mathematically you will not have enough moves to complete no matter how good you are unless you pay
