Hay Day

Running a farm is hard and often thankless work—unless that farm happens to be an adorable piece of virtual land overseen by a helpful, chatty scarecrow. Swiping across plots of land to harvest crops, feed livestock and manufacture goods is pleasantly relaxing, and growing your tiny farm into a booming business is a hugely satisfying achievement. Silly characters, cute critters and a variety of things to plant, reap, build and sell make Hay Day easy to pick up and tough to put down.
I think hay day is really fun, I love the newspaper it get you really thinking like sometimes people sell there wheat for 1 coin and you can resell for more, it’s a great game the graphics amazing I just think you should add a way to get diamonds maybe a really hard way but that u can still earn them easier rather than waiting on an level... though this game is something much more than any other farm games around🙂🙂🙂
I’ve played HD on and off for about 10 years, my mum used to be obsessed with it and grew such a huge and beautiful farm. I played it again as recent as a few years back and it was fine, fun like usual.I recently downloaded it again out of boredom and am absolutely taken away by how bad it has gotten. I’m on day 3 of my farm and have made almost no progress because everything takes so long, it never ever used to take this long to produce things in this game, you could spend an entire day playing it in the past but with this game I log on for 10 minutes and have done everything needed to be done before I’ll go away for a few hours. I refuse to spend money on these games and the diamonds needed to achieve things are so astronomically high that I’m actually surprised they’re making money at all, because I don’t know who is spending it on such useless time based stuff.I know they’ve increased the difficulty level and wait time on things to incentivise people to spend money, and I think that’s awful. I just deleted Township after playing for 3 days because I hit a wall where I couldn’t possibly continue without spending money in at least some kind of way (ie. silo was too full, couldn’t expand without buying tools) and it’s the same way with Hay Day, the game is almost impossible to play. I thought Hay Day was the one game that still stayed true to his humble beginnings in an app store full of money hungry corporate developers, so am extremely disappointed that a once nostalgic and fun game has been ran to the ground.
I loved this game until today. I went to sell 11 of my 21 saws to my friend and her barn was full so she went away to sell things to make up space. I wanted to save the saws for her so I took them off the market for 1 gem. When she came back she tried to buy them again but her barn was still full. I took them off the market for one gem again. When my friend came back I went to put them up again and found I only 1 saw left! What is going on! I took them off the market I didn’t delete them from storage. Also I have too many chickens, I want to sell some but I can’t because there’s not a feature for that. Please help, I was scammed out diamonds and 20 saws!
I do love a bit oh hay day to be honest, I’ve been I’ll with the flu the past few days and it has entertained me. However, the ridiculous amount of time it takes for things to be made, for example, pancakes take an hour? Pancakes take about 5 minutes, where did you get an hour from? Not to mention, I saved up 14 thousand coins to build the dock, I spent ALL my coins on this and it’s taking 24 HOURS to be ready. Is this a joke? Because I don’t find it funny. My advice to the creators at hay day HQ, would be to make the game more enjoyable by decreasing the time it takes for goods to be made. And hurry up with building my ship dock. I would also like some free gems please. Yours sincerely, Isabella ( my farm name is “ El Farm” - if you want to add. E :) )
Hay Day is an excellent farming game.Often when you buy more farm machinery you will have to wait a few hours until it is ready. It is the same with growing crops, the higher your level gets the more points you will need to level up! All in all it is an extremely interesting and fun app!!!I highly recommend this app! :)
I enjoyed trying this game out. Although it’s a lovely game, I’d definitely recommend it for a younger age group from 6-12 maybe. This app basically shows what you need on a farm without too much detail and confusion. Also allows for roleplay and is very relaxing to organize your farm more and more. There’s a helping guide so that you know what to do and is perfect for parents who just want to sit back while there kid enjoys this game with no questions about what to do 😊
