Tombol kirim file ke WA tiba tiba berubah,, jadi tdk bisa kirim file

All my files in the old app and suddenly the app went shut down, “no longer available” and the options is only, “Keep” or “Delete. so I download again this app in the App, BUT all my files are gone. Do you have any solutions so i can have all my files back? Please?

Please help me to solve purchasing WPS VIP issue in my iPhone device.I had paid the Continuous Quarterly $9,99. After my balance decrease because of the payment.Why still I am not able to use VIP feature and my account still disable for VIP?Please do the needful.
