The game itself is fun but I downloaded it because of the nicely designed shelters in the ad, which actually never exist

In the game, you completed a mission, but the rewards weren’t delivered. Then, when you made an in-game purchase, the items didn’t arrive either. You contacted customer support, but after many days, there was still no response. I accidentally touch my screen and somehow paid for food pack which I don't need. I ask to cancel and refund. In game service stop replying. If you get your refund from store, it blocks your account, ask you to pay again to unlock and still no reply. This is low.Bugs. Black screen. Crazy lagging. Shutdown often even with a lot updates. And with war, comes people yelling. Give me headaches all the time.

I had just buy super monthly pack and it said will cost 38 dollars instead of original price but once I paid money they taken 78 dollars from my credit card … and I try to find support in game then count find it … so I want my remaining money back ….otherwise shouldn’t have posted the discount at all and crossed the original price
If you're new to this game, I suggest you save some time because, from my case, after playing for over a month, all the resources are quickly snatched up by higher-level players. You'll end up having a very unpleasant experience, as 70% of your soldiers can die or get injured in an instant every day.
