Terrible refund policy

I subscribed for 1 month of Premium. I did not realize that I would get automatically charged for follow-up month. As soon as I got the notification that I was charged for a second month, I immediately cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, since the app would not be useful to me. The refund was denied. I made a follow up request and explained the reasoning for a refund again. Was denied a second and final time. Both times with no explanation at all. It is such a terrible experience and tactic from companies to go for the additional incremental profit, when it is clear that the second month was agreed to unintentionally and the user will not even use the subscription for a single second of this second month. Kudos to you and to Apple…

The application is really useful, it has helped me find jobs as well, however the catch up new feature kind of ruins the network tab. It should not show notifications for that part at least in my opinion.

No help whatsoever!

I have a new phone and deleted my LinkedIn app by mistake and had to log back in. However, apparently the password I remembered is wrong and I have been trying to reset it. I have been trying for days to do this now and tearing my hair out! I go through the process time and time again, even verifying my ID in the way they say and it keeps saying error and / or I have already submitted a request for ID verification - but that was weeks again and still no joy! The ‘help page’ doesn’t help and there is no helpline or other way to contact LinkedIn. I guess I am not the first to have this problem and definitely won’t be the last … very disappointing !!
