Yeah you know kids have nightmares and some kids might explore and watch things that might scare them without even knowing. Is there a section for it?

I really like some of the available titles and I definitely appreciate the subscription rates but the app is absolutely horrendous across all platforms. I use it daily on my Apple TV and the following really ruin my whole experience: It’s slow and buggy, the buffering is too slow and short, everytime I exit but remain in app it forgets the last episode (except from the Apple TV homepage), everytime I exit (anywhere) and then immediately return to my last watched series it keeps asking which profile I want (even though I only have one). It’s the little things that can be easily fixed that ruin the whole deal. Please make some changes.

I have been using the app in the past but I have stoped my subscription for a year. When I payed for a new subscription 4 days ago they send me the receipt they took the money but I didn’t get access to the subscription I paid. When I contacted the support,( witch is almost impossible to do from Greece because the live chat doesn’t work and there is no option to contact you via your phone number🤡🤡🤡)they just came up with excuses they don’t want to return my money back and they say I don’t have a subscription although I sent them a screenshot with the receipt… pathetic just pathetic

This is a paying service and I found the noticeable dropped rates and quality on downloaded videos completely unacceptable. I mean at the end of the story what’s the point of downloading anyway?! Why we don’t have an option of choosing the quality ?! This is so frustrating that it cannot even be described in words. By terms of app maintenance you have literally only one job and you’ve failed at it.

- Not responsive and stable as Netflix- When movie ends it keeps playing anything it likes from the recommended list. If you fall asleep , TV may continue playing all night.- No global profile settings for subtitles- No option to remove items from continue watching - Terrible continue watching list, it appears below other stuff- Subtitles are probably translated by AI and the translation is bad.- It doesn’t even remember the last episode you were watching, it suggests different season and episode to continue watching.- When series is in English They are too bored to translate and add subtitles when actors speak e.g. Spanish

I started an 1 month free trial of the service and I noticed that most of the titles, movies and shows, are not available in my country (Greece). Maybe it is because I just have the free month service, but If not, why to bother continuing the subscription…if I can’t see really (almost) anything.
