What’s the point paying the premium plus membership to watch anime from 4 different devices at the same time but not giving them the option to make profiles… why??? Is this some sick joke ?

For starters your app is pretty good and it never happened (to me at least) to freeze or stop working and that is a pretty huge deal but i find these 3 things very irritating and that is why the 4 stars! Im being kind with the 4 stars but i find it a bit ridiculous to go off on only these 3 things and put 3 stars but the thought crossed my mind because of how irritating those things are.First: Please add a refresh button to the browse menu because every time we wait for a new episode we need to change from the filter setting from (New) to (Popular) so it refreshes.Second: Please make, it so there either is a setting or keep it turned on at all times, the filters you have selected to stay on because i believe most of us aren’t watching all genres nor do we all watch only the most popular. Third: Please add either a program page or something like the date the last episode came out so we know when something we don't care so much about but still want to watch comes out.Thank you so much i hope you read this because these are quality of life updates that would make the overall experience of the app so much better i haven’t found anything other than those things irritating so i would be happy to see you at least try with even one of them it would make a great difference!

I love the app, it has tons of anime in there, I already subscribed to it. I am giving four stars and not five for 2 reasons.. one is that it says that it has english subs but it doesn’t have any subs at all. Second is that although I love it and I really appreciate the fact that it has the episodes translated in english, I would love it if it had Japanese language with english subs as an option. It doesn’t have the choice to put it in Japanese language and have english subs (unfortunately). Other than that it’s perfectSmall note: the free version with the ads is impossible to watch because it has 3 unskipable ads in a row (each ad lasts one minute)

It’s a convenient way to watch anime. I wouldn’t mind paying the subscription but for that money I would expect better support and a stable app. I don’t see I way to submit an error I have with an episode that is not playing. The app takes me to the site and when I try to submit the problem the site freezes. If you have the same price as Netflix you should also have the same quality in your services...

The app itself is quite easy to use and straight forward. But it really needs a button to let us delete a something from the “keep watching” list. If im bored of something or clicked on it by accident it is stucj there forever, growing the list and beung in the way of the things i actually want to watch. Literal only complaint

Ok for start I wanted to stream from my iPhone through google chrome cast and thankfully he has that option , but here comes the catch ,Ofc doesn’t worth for premium since actually they haven’t the major animes worth buying and see, I would prefer much more Netflix , overpriced , The app is mediocre it lags , and the videos too but what is more annoying? ADS Ok I tried to watch 1 episode of black clover , for a 24 mins episode you get every approx 4-5 minutes 1 ad but , it doesn’t actually shows 1 thing only , so imagine using mobile data , I didn’t even finished the episode, I closed it immediately , deleted the app and of course , I will stream it from somewhere else , If you really want that much to survive at crunchy roll , try ad block for sure and for me , use other streaming site .
