I cant log in into my account , i thought maybe i forgot the password so i tried to change it but it always says “timeout” , i have good internet connection, the email is right what else should i do??!!!!!

I purchased the catan base game to be able to change some of the game settings. When i invited my friends onto a game, catan app required that all players purchase the base game for me to be able to change those setting that i purchased the game for. This was not clear from the beginning and hence i had a run for my money. I’d ask for a refund if i could. Very unpleasant experienceDont buy the base game

Hello , great game , but the app needs a lot of improvement , we need to add players as friends during the game , better servers , better servers , better servers , and may be you can provise us with a shake for the dice

Too many bugs and the game may freeze for no reason

I paid for 500 coins to get “The Game” instead of the free version as soon as I bought it the game stopped recognizing my account and said I had to have a Catan universe ID. So, I made one as soon as I logged in it started a new account from level 0 and the money I spent was gone.

I cannot play the game anymore!!!! Cannot reach server. I love the game but i cant play for the past week !!!!
