Unreliable social network

How can such a popular social network have such a disgusting service? I created my profile a month ago and it was blocked. The documents for verification were sent the same day. No response. There is only a beautiful page as help, but it is of no use. To contact a person you have to go to the profile, but you can't go to the profile because you are blocked. It's a vicious circle. I created a second account to contact a staff member and got blocked and an email asking me not to create any more queries and to find the answer to my question in the beautiful help page. Bottom line: it's been a month, my profile is still blocked. No one has given me a clear answer as to what was done wrong and how I can correct the situation. I spent a lot of time to find friends, colleges and buying a premium subscription, filling out all my information. And I'm afraid to count how much time I spent every day checking the situation and trying to solve the issue. So it's the most unpredictable and most unreliable social network I've ever encountered. Because you can lose everything you own in an instant. And even a premium subscription won't save you.

My account was blocked without any clear reason. I contacted support immediately, but it has been more than a month with absolutely no response.The platform requires identity verification, yet their system doesn’t support passports from certain countries, making it impossible to restore access.A professional network should not leave legitimate users locked out with no assistance from support. Here you can lose all your data and contacts in an instant.Very disappointing experience.

If you are not able to provide the stable work of such a basic function as writing a message, then at least cache what the user enters, as, for example, in the Telegram app. So the user can continue to edit the message after the crash.Anyway thank you for your work.
