One of our favourite apps for learning another language, the process is genuinely fun. What’s more, all those languages and games are available for free!
Thank you for an incredibly cool and useful product! I always feel like skipping regular lessons with a teacher, and it's only thanks to you that learning a language has become a habit, and I can really see the progress. I also love all the thoughtful little touches, like the fun icons and texts. The design is perfect!But there are a few small things that I think could make the experience even more convenient:💡When you accidentally tap the wrong word and then tap it again to remove it, the voice repeats the word, which creates unnecessary noise and confusion. I think it would be much better if the word was pronounced only when it’s added to the answer. When removing it, no sound is needed.💡Lately I’ve noticed that sometimes, in x3 mode, the points for a completed lesson are calculated incorrectly. Just today, for example, it said I’d earn 120 points at the start, but after completing everything correctly, I only received 60. And this isn’t a one-time thing.💡Sometimes it's hard to tap the buttons with small words, like prepositions. It might be more convenient if they were a bit wider, maybe by adding more horizontal padding.💡In x3 mode, there’s limited time, and I’d rather not waste it on long loading screens. It might be better to only count the time spent actively completing the lesson.But none of this spoils the overall experience, the app is truly amazing! Thanks again! ❤️
English was set as default language on my phone, so when I downloaded the app, it automatically got English interface. But I need interface to be Russian. How can I change that? - There’s no such option in settings. There’s only option to add another language for studying, but it’s not what I need. I need The main texts to be in Russian.- I searched in help and did’t find anything either.- I removed the app, changed phone language to Russian, installed back, but that also did not resolve the issue: it’s still in English! Despite I see in the system preferences Russian is set as a preferred language. How can I change the language of the interface?
i clearly enjoy some of the features like friend quests and various kinds of tasks although there is one thing that sometimes makes me want to delete the app and this is automatic voice playback.Firstly, it is not accurate(obviously) and can create false ideas of how to pronounce all the stuff which may be the reason for future mistakes and more struggle with the language one is learning. Secondly, not only I but also quite the majority of people that i know and who use the app as well usually play smth in the background while using the app. This way the playback doesn’t contribute to a better app experience and it only pisses everyone. Thus the only thing we can do for now is to turn off the sound completely but then there’s no way to listen to music or something else which helps some of the people to concentrate better. Please consider adding the possibility to turn off the automatic playback.
Здравствуйте, приложение очень неплохое, подходить для базового изучения языка. Очень бы хотелось поставить 5 звёзд, но одна проблема мне не даёт это сделать. Дело в том, что в приложении не предусмотрен просмотр набора слов которые вы прошли. Я, например, учу немецкий и мне хочется выписывать куда-то изученные слова, но для того чтобы это сделать, надо заново проходить уровень (и не один раз), к сожалению это очень не удобно. Пожалуйста, обратите на это внимание. Заранее спасибоHello, the app is very good, suitable for basic language learning. Я не знаю, как найти в теории (справке) нужный раздел (слово или предложение, например, как найти раздел «Артикли» ?3. 2. Стрелка по передвижению по справке( теории) действует только «вниз» ( внизу справа).3.3. Из модуля раздела 2 я не смог перейти в справочную информацию 1 раздела. I really like the app, I've been using it for almost 2 years, but yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience. Upgraded from Individual Premium to Family Premium and something strange happened right after. Several dozen sections passed for gold lost part of the gold medals (I lost about 10 hours that were spent on such tasks). The audio in the tasks is distorted, the audio track doubles during playback and it is impossible to parse the audio. Sometimes the audio track is cut off during playback. In some tasks, the task and answers do not correlate. My wife, who has just started using our family subscription, has the same problems. I wrote 2 support tickets but didn't get any response to my email. A disturbing experience, hopefully the development team will be able to get things back up and running quickly.
