We can’t connecting with support if we have a problem they not give a correct answerhave another account the hacker hacked his email and linked his email steals jewelry and sends messages for unauthorized shipping we called support but they said we can't erase the fake email but you have to put the lock and we already put the lock but the hacker managed to steal the jewelry Once again, when I contacted the support for the third time, they said that we can do nothing but this solution, and the hacker still enters the account and gets out because he linked the fake email to my other account
