So basically I have a group with people I meet on tiktok like I’m famous I guess with 60k+ and I made a group for people who wanna join it you know and it’s been like months since I made it and we were talking a lot and stuff but people were removing other people for no reason and I feel like there should be an update for only making the owner and the people who the owner picked to be able to remove people and change the user like because it’s not fair to be removed by someone who’s not even the admin of the group but they would just say it’s just an app and stuff but I feel like we need a new update to only make the owner and picked people be able to change the name and remove people please make an update like that.

I’ve been using Snapchat since over 8 years at this point and I have my most special memories from middle school until now and how fast time passes by. It’s a great way to save and share your memories if you’re running low on storage, always be up to date with content creators, never lose a friend due to streaks, and most importantly, no one can invade your privacy. Snapchat let’s you know if your friend tries to screenshot or record your chat! Despite all of the perks, there is one more thing. That’s My AI. I’ve been eager to use it. But for some reason, I can’t find it because it’s not available in my region? You can’t give the rest of the world privileges and not us Snapchat. Not fair.

This latest update with ads showing in the chats section is, frankly, the most frustrating and tone-deaf change you’ve made in a long time. And that’s saying a lot.Let’s be clear: nobody opens Snapchat to scroll through random, intrusive ads while trying to message their friends. The chats page is sacred—it’s where users have real conversations, share memories, send private Snaps, and maintain streaks. Injecting ads that look like chats into that space isn’t innovative. It’s deceptive, annoying, and completely out of touch with what your users want.Here’s why this “feature” is a disaster:1.It’s Invasive: Ads pretending to be actual conversations? That’s a shady move. You’re blurring the lines between organic interactions and paid content—on purpose.2.It Breaks the UX: The chat section was clean, simple, and intuitive. Now it’s cluttered and confusing.
