• Subscribers get access to everything currently in the Tezza app as well as all new features, filters, photo/video effects, editing tools, and guides as they are released for as long as they are subscribed
• Subscriptions can occur on a monthly basis or a yearly basis
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase

Great for really quick, and mostly fantastic looking edits

Great filters that generally look great on most images. Shadow recovery does degrade image quality a little too much for my liking but it’s manageable. One feature that really needs to be implemented is importing from the recents folder in the gallery. And video export is a little slow.
Great app but glitchy

I really love the range of filters. It’s user friendly and produces great pics. However, I’ve had an ongoing issue with loading pics in from my camera roll and then not being able to edit them in Tezza or if I’ve done the edits I can’t save them so I have to import the original photo again and start over. I emailed support but their answer was to just import the photo and start again, which isn’t helpful. Given you need to pay for the app I would expect they would fix if but it’s been going on now for weeks. Think the developer needs to do a bit of a bug clean up.
Not the plan I picked

While the app is good but I’m getting really sick of is apps picking a different more expensive plan to the one I actually selected myself at signed up. Luckily I check - I selected $5.99 plan but when I went into my subscription it showed the $8.99 plan selected for video - I don’t edit videos so I wouldn’t have picked that plan. Maybe ensure users stay with the plan THEY themselves select instead of trying to make extra cash

Update: all is now working, thank you very much :) Sorry I couldn’t contact you any other way that I could find but my subscription isn’t working at the moment. Have tried deleting and re downloading the app, cancelling and resubscribing to Tezza and still not working, have been using since dec last year how can I fix it? Love your app :(

Good news!! We have fixed the subscription bug! Please make sure your app is updated to 4.0.2. If it isn't automatically fixed when you update, please tap "Restore" on the top left of the subscription screen. And if that doesn't work try deleting and then reinstalling the app. The most important part is you need to make sure it's version 4.0.2 in the App Store before updating, you should see the version number under the "What's New" section.Thank you for your love, patience and support.
