their customer service is simply ‘THE BEST’ in the world, hands down ! the app is amazing but the people who stand behind the app (customer support) to help you with whatever matter it be, are much more amazing! The sense of ownership and dedication to take your problem as their own personal problem and to really resolve it beyond the call of their duty, no one can match that up in any online/retail business in the world. Had a wonderful experience with this guy Neil from the support team, what a beautiful attitude towards the customer ! Rarely you would experience that in life anywhere else. For sure, I am a fan of them now and will recommend each and everyone to use this app, if anything happens they are REALLY there to take care of you and take you out of your stress and leave you happier than before! kudos to these guys ! in customer support business, that’s not easy to maintain but these guys have nailed it. I am a full time international traveler and have been using Skyscanner for most of my flights. Even if I don’t book using the app I always use it to check the prices. However lately I’m getting fed up with the 3rd party providers jacking up the price as I proceed through the booking process. That is the only time I don’t book through Sky-scanner, because of 3rd parties tracking my flight habits. I would give 5 stars if the developers could buy a stop to 3rd party tracking and upping the prices as you are booking. ****-

Recent app changes are a step backwards

Used to be a fantastic app for keeping tabs on a future flight and periodically running the same “watched” flight leg to see what the current options are (I know you can get an email but using the app is a better workflow). I hardly ever review apps however the recent changes are such a regression to usability I felt compelled to write a review. The new “pickup where you left off” option in the app only populates the “to” and “from” from your previous flight search and doesn’t even set the same date as previous and heck doesn’t even set the same one way status? How is that the same search as “where you left off”? It’s not even obvious (read: should be front and centre) how to just view or run your “watched”/“saved” searches.Whilst the service is still good at returned options and prices etc., the usability of the app is now bad enough I’ll be reassessing other services to see if they can replace what was once my gold standard go-to app and service.

Scammers-Sky Scanner and their dodgy partners

Scammers-Skyscanner and their dodgy partnersSkyScanner/Flight Network AU - Worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. Booked my parents flight tickets to Australia via Sky Scanner and their partner in crime Flight Network. The airline cancelled the flight 45 days before travel. Asked Flight Network to issue me a refund, but the support personnels attitude was unapologetic and below par courtesy towards handling this issue. Called them 3 times in 3 days and they were all singing in same tune that they wont refund my money as it is the airline policy. I said you are the middle man as you taken have taken money from me. This is airliners mistake and I am not liable for any of their problems. But no, arrogant support personnel just wanted to finish the call without helping me. How can these airliners and travel agency can keep our hard earned money without providing the service? is there a law against these atrocities. Absolute scammers beware booking through sky scanner as most off their partners are dodgy like Flight Network
