this app was absolutely incredible !! i tried for ages to put polaroid templates into word documents and put my pictures into them, and it was so hard and nothing worked. i started taking pictures of the photos i wanted, and they immediately started going straight into my camera roll as polaroids! didn’t even have to download them. so easy and straightforward 😍😍

Absolutely love this app and its film simulations. The small descriptions are a great addition which can be used for picturing the photo output. All in all, an almost perfect pocket digital film simulator especially when used outdoors.A few fixes should be put in place that would make this app even greater. Firstly, all users should be given the option to purchase available cameras, whilst PRO users should (of course) continue to gain access to all features of the app. As an avid user of the app but also as someone who likes to stick to the same camera for a set of photos, having the option to purchase the camera from the description and sample photos for both free and pro users would be amazing (as I have done so with the available cameras for purchase). Secondly, the app developers need to look into the tones for the film simulations in different situations. The cameras are mostly great when used outdoors or in white light. But as soon as photos are taken in yellow light, the photos develop a strong yellow tint, which is a complete shame. With a select few cameras, this can sometimes be “fixed” by adding flash but the photo output can still be disappointing. This is definitely something I wish would be looked into and fixed.All things considered, the developers have been doing a great job in releasing new cameras and constantly updating the app. I hope to see continuous improvement as I am more than happy to support the creators! ♥️

This app is so amazing! I started to update my IG account photos using this app and from the start, I’ve really like how the filters go with the photo like a literal film camera/s.The only few problems that I see from using it everyday are:- if you have a smaller phone, it may be difficult to look at the screen to take the photo. I have an Xr and am good wt it but my friends who I ask to take photos of me can’t. It’s because for them, you won’t see where to put the subject in the frame and looking at the phone in a bright space, it makes it more difficult having the view frame to really small.- timer for both selfie and main camera is needed so I can take most photos by myself and also needed when capturing photos for techniques.- Lastly, film filters change when you go to indoor vs outdoor shooting. I’ve noticed that most films have blue/ cool ish when you take photo outside vs more warmer/ yellow when taken indoor shots e.g a mall, shop. I hope that for the next update, filters like the pro-ones especially inspired by Olympus and Fujifilm should remain the same at the end and have the same colour of filter whether you take the photo indoors or outdoors, thank you so much!

I use a DSLR and Lightroom through the days so I figured this was just another scam glorified filter app however the UI and design that’s gone into this is very admirable. You really do get the feeling you’re using an instant camera. The images look great, they’ve nailed it. I love the develop process too.Well done. Will be sharing with friends. In all honesty though, you lost me with the subscription style model. I prefer VSCO’s option to buy the presets individually - for good. Maybe add subscription just for stickers or bonus cameras only and leave one off purchase for the rest?
