My Eurostar Train to Paris tomorrow was cancelled due to strikes in France.Low and behold a huge problem was encountered as huge disruptions to moving forward bookings and schedules and more so EURAIL has encountered heaps of travellers in the same situation today.However I promptly visited the Eurostar at Pancras Station and amazingly the lady who helped our family was so caring and calm and promptly booked us on to a train tomorrow afternoon and wished us well.Now that is exceptional Customer Service!Will have to spread the news when we get back to Melbourne Australia !!!!!Thanks Eurostar !
London to Paris and back

While the journey itself was rather pleasant the before and after was not as pleasant Herded on in mass just twenty minutes before departure No assistance with heavy luggage over a very cumbersome stepped access to the coachUpon arrival in Paris waited in line for a taxi for over half an hour with no shelter from the elements. Thankfully the weather was good. To add to this we had to put up with a security guard prancing up and down the line yelling unnecessary instructions to all and sundry The return trip was a similar experience only we had shelter while waiting for a taxi and their was no bullying security guard in sight
Hopeless for bicycles

I need to add my bicycle to my booking. It was not clear ( no option) when booking the train that an extra charge was required and now I discover there is. Why isn’t there something under “Manage My Booking” to be able to add extra luggage/bicycle. Nowhere does it tell you how to get this sorted out. I have a short connection in Brussels so this could finish up being very problematic. Not impressed.

This app seems really well put together and easy to use, however; it would be great if there were more locations available outside of the 3 countries above. I’m not sure if this is something I did wrong or if I’ve missed something, but some more country selection would be great! Would appreciate hearing back from the developers about this, as I said, I like the app, but would love some more options
