Hey Flo team!I am not sure if this is the right place to submit this issue. But still I hope to hear from you because it would be devastating to have to move to any other cycle tracking application.I can’t tell the exact date when it started, because I don’t open the app every day, but at some point during the past month it wasn’t possible to use the app. It keeps saying that it “failed to load” and “update” (screenshot attached).I tried different networks, turning VPN on and off, updating the app, offloading and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone - nothing helped. Now I’m approaching my period, and I’m afraid that I won’t have the possibility to log the dates in Flo, thus I will be forced to switch to some other way of tracking, which I would really hate since I’ve stuck with Flo for more than 5 years and all of the info is there.Please guide me what else I can do to solve this issue 🙏Thank you sincerely.P.S. until this recent inconvenience, I had nothing but good to say about it. Hi there,Most features in Flo are free to use. We also offer Flo Premium to users who would like to have extra features and insights. The only way a user can sign up for a subscription is by tapping ‘Continue’ on the screen offering Flo Premium and confirming his/her consent with the password or Touch/Face ID. The app cannot sign up a user without his/her consent.To cancel the subscription, please follow the steps below:1. Launch the standard iOS Settings app .2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.3. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.4. Tap Cancel Subscription/Trial (if you don’t see this option, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew).5. Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period.While we are aware of your subscription status via Apple, we can’t manage or control your subscription and payments. Too many pop ups

Flo has been a really great app, I’ve been using it for ages. But already for some time each time I open the app I am bombarded with pop ups trying to sell me something or show me something unrelevant. I just want to view my calendar, instead I have to close annoying pop ups 3 times minimum. This is insane. Unfortunately I will have to switch to another period tracking app.

I am very disappointed in the program. I downloaded the program to get pregnant and have been using it for the fourth month. This month, because the program did not correctly show the days of my period, I thought that I was late and took a pregnancy test every day. It turned out that the program did not correctly count the days of my period.
