Running a farm is hard and often thankless work—unless that farm happens to be an adorable piece of virtual land overseen by a helpful, chatty scarecrow. Swiping across plots of land to harvest crops, feed livestock and manufacture goods is pleasantly relaxing, and growing your tiny farm into a booming business is a hugely satisfying achievement. Silly characters, cute critters and a variety of things to plant, reap, build and sell make Hay Day easy to pick up and tough to put down.

I have a great idea for the news paperThe idea is that when your selling something it’s on the news paper with ads and some one already bought the item there should be a stamp witch said Out Of Stock because it’s annoying when you open in an ad witch you want but then the item is already bought Extra ideaIf some one sells some thing for the max possible price than there should be a red stamp witch says Overpriced so it will prevent people from selling things at the max possible amount of money

I absolutely love this game. Been playing it for years, and I keep coming back to it even when I forget it about it for a while. I think part of the reason people get bored of it is the ridiculous wait time in the game itself. I get why it’s the way it is, but it’s seriously annoying. Why do I have to wait 16 hours to get three apples off the tree? And the fact that I have to cut the tree or bush and purchase another one once it can no longer produce? Don’t like that. Another thing is the newspaper. It doesn’t update at all sometimes, so when you’d click on the offered item it would already be sold. What makes it more inconvenient is that there are only a few pages. One addition that I’d like to see is putting the products on the newspaper into categories in order to make browsing for items much more easier + removing/crossing sold items immediately & updating the newspapers instantly. One last thing I don’t really like is how limited you are to fixing the orientation of the animal barns, production sites, etc. You can’t even adjust the way the barns face, which really bothers me because I want to be able to customise my farm as much as possible, and being limited like this is just really annoying. I hope to see some changes that make the experience more enjoyable and convenient for the player.
Horrible game experience + waste of time.
Permanent frown in this game
It shocks me how a game can be so frustrating and underdeveloped in the big 26. Firstly, the waiting time for the products/produce to be done is ridiculous. Why are we given 5 hours to grow tomatoes and 6 for wool! The unrealistic timings are insane which makes the game so unplayable. Secondly, the leveling up speed does not match with the profit we are expected to make by the time we level up. How am I level 20 and expected to buy a juicer for 32k? If the prices of the products are high at least make it so that we can also earn an equivalent amount of money?! Selling stuff in the roadside shop gets us nothing! Lastly, the magazine offers are so limited that by the time I click on something I need, it’s sold. You have millions of players playing and yet your magazine is 9 pages excluding the front page. And if I hire Tom (let’s say for a day) after his grace period, I’m getting him for 12 our of the 24 hours that I paid for him because all he does is sleep!! I’m making a purchase of 15 diamonds for a day not half a day. Since it came out until now nothing has changed which is embarrassing to say the least. Listen to your audience.
Spring is blooming on the farm! This update brings smoother progress and new ways to earn rewards.
Boat and Truck Orders improvements
- Some players may notice new ways to earn extra rewards from Boat and Truck Orders.
- For some players, Boats may return faster, ask for simpler goods, and reward expansion materials early on, with difficulty increasing as more boats are completed throughout the day.
- Truck Track Rewards are also being tested with some players, bringing extra rewards for delivering truck orders.
Early game improvements and Quality of Life
- The start of the farming journey is now smoother, with better early level-up rewards, more truck orders, and more fields available earlier.
- Progression toward unlocking Sanctuary animals has also been improved.
- Crops can now be purchased with coins.
- Axes and saws can now also be purchased with coins.
We’ve also made improvements across Events, Tutorials, Derby, Town, rewards, UI, and Golden Key Chests based on your feedback.
