We’re teaming up with Yerevan State University and YerevaNN to bring OpenAI’s Parameter Golf to Armenia, supporting local participants with real resources. The goal is to build the most efficient language model under strict limits on size, compute, and training time. Only submissions that truly push the state of the art make it to the leaderboard. To support local participation, Eleveight AI is backing compute access through YSU’s supercomputer, along with coordination and a 500,000 AMD prize for the strongest submission from Armenia. Submit your solution by May 1 to be considered for the prize (GitHub link or code archive). There’s also an optional intermediate evaluation on April 14. This is a chance to test your model early on a multilingual dataset, including Armenian, before the final submission. Open to Armenia residents, with or without YSU compute. #Armenia Receives First High-Performance #AI Hardware Shipment - A Milestone for National Compute and Regional Innovation Eleveight AI proudly announces that the first shipment of state-of-the-art AI hardware has arrived in Armenia - marking Government's concept of “Garden of AI Factories” come true, a historic step forward in the implementation of the country’s next-generation AI data infrastructure. This delivery represents both a symbolic and practical victory in Armenia’s pursuit of computing capacity and digital competitiveness.
