Our investment will support WHOOP in building a leading Health Operating System via an intelligent, unified platform empowering people to optimize performance, extend healthspan, and proactively prevent disease before it begins.    Proceeds from this funding will fuel further U.S. growth and international expansion across Europe, the GCC, Latin America, and Asia and accelerate WHOOP in building the world’s leading personal health platform. This partnership, as part of our UAE Investments Platform, reflects the continued expansion of our life sciences and healthcare strategy into proactive, data-driven health systems, strengthening Abu Dhabi’s role as a hub for life sciences innovation and supporting long-term economic productivity and societal well-being.

We have entered into an agreement to sell our minority stake in CoolIT Systems, a global leader in liquid data center cooling, to Ecolab as part of a KKR-led transaction.   This reflects the strength of our strategic approach and the role we play in accelerating growth through disciplined partnerships. In 2023, Mubadala invested in CoolIT alongside KKR, which acquired the company through its Global Impact Fund II.   Headquartered in Calgary, Canada, with operations across North America, China, and Taiwan, CoolIT designs and manufactures advanced systems that enable sustainable data center expansion as AI-driven demand continues to scale.

We are proud to support the Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans initiative, launched by the Endowments and Minors Funds Authority (Awqaf Abu Dhabi) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, to establish a sustainable endowment funding source dedicated to orphan care across the UAE.   Aligned with the #YearOfFamily, this contribution reflects our commitment to national efforts that strengthen social cohesion and provide stability, care, and opportunity for future generations.   The initiative helps ensure continued access to education, healthcare, and essential needs, empowering young lives and reinforcing the values of compassion and solidarity that define our nation.
