The latest news on the GTA 6 Trailer 3 front is that Take-Two considers it part of marketing, and at the recent earnings call, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick stated that marketing would begin this summer (June 21 is the first day of summer, for those interested). On that front, fans have to wait.
