Forza Horizon 6 includes meta cars for each racing class. If you want to set the best times in each racing event available, you’re going to want to use these cars.
The online Rivals leaderboards for each separate event and class show the best and most effective cars for achieving world-best results. Given that there is currently no general leaderboard available for each class, this guide covers the cars used most often across all available tracks for both road and dirt events.
Best Cars for Street & Touge Racing in Forza Horizon 6
If you want to win your street and touge races, you're going to need to know about the best cars to use and how to get them.
FH6 Current Meta and Tunes, Explained
Each car falls into one of eight classes (seven by default, excluding the unranked X class, which is not eligible for competitive times), depending on its overall stats. Almost any car in FH6 can be tuned to be made even more effective across several classes. You can increase (and often decrease, for higher-class vehicles) a car’s class in FH6 through tuning.
As a rule of thumb, meta cars are fast cars with great acceleration and handling that can outperform anything else in their respective class with a proper tune.
To use the meta cars we’ve listed below most effectively, search for the respective player tunes in FH6 for their listed classes. These are often found under the name ‘Meta’ in the Trending or All-Time Great categories.
While you can use any car you’d like, the list below covers some of the current meta cars to use in Japan (as it is ever-evolving), allowing players who are into online Rivals challenges to see which cars actually get the best results.
Note that in some classes, certain cars are so far above anything else that they represent the best for both dirt and road tracks at once, although they require different tunes depending on the surface.
To make it fair, we’ve only covered base game cars with no paid DLC. Some of the best cars are only available as exclusive progression rewards or through Wheelspins and can be found via the Auction House.
