Forza Horizon 6 has 15 Barn Finds for you to locate, each featuring a busted car that will eventually be fixed for you to drive all over Japan. The thing is, you can't just access all the barns willy-nilly, even if you have their locations. To access the cars in the Barn Finds, you'll have to get all seven stamps in your 'Discover Japan Collection Journal.'
