The Typical Gamer Skin can be unlocked for free through those that place in the percentage of players in the upcoming Typical Gamer Icon Cup, a tournament which offers a bunch of different rewards.
Those that place in the top percentage of players in the Typical Gamer Icon Cup in their region will be granted the full Typical Gamer Bundle for free, which is valued at 2,700 V-Bucks. When is the Typical Gamer Icon Cup in Fortnite?
The Typical Gamer Icon Cup is set to begin on May 26. Fortnite has announced the start time over on their competitive page, which we have detailed down below:
- NAE Start Time: 7 PM – 10 PM ET
- NAC Start Time: 6 PM – 9 PM CT
- NAW Start Time: 6 PM – 9 PM PT
- Asia Start Time: 5 PM – 8 PM CST / 6 PM – 9 PM KST
- Middle East Start Time: 7 PM – 10 PM GST
- Europe Start Time: 6 PM - 9 PM BST / 7 PM–10 PM CEST
- Brazil Start Time: 6 PM – 9 PM BRT
The Typical Gamer Icon Cup has been confirmed to be a Solos Battle Royale Cup, meaning you will need to play Builds to participate. All players should also be able to compete, though you will need to make sure TPM 2.0 is enabled if you are playing on PC.
