Doctor Eggman is the pesky arch-nemesis of Sonic the Hedgehog, and if you ever wanted to help Sonic defeat Eggman, then now's your chance. Eggman features in Fortnite Override as a boss fight, so you're going to want to know where to find him, his attack patterns (so you don't get eliminated by him), and the Mythic he drops! Fighting Dr. Eggman will get you the Mythic 8-Bit Shotgun, so he's not a boss you'll want to avoid. Here's where you can find him and how you can beat him:
Eggman Location & Rewards in Fortnite (& How to Beat Him)
Eggman actually spawns twice in one match, and you can find him at Green Hill Zone and near Stone Sanctum or Reality's Reign. Eggman doesn't stick to just one area, so he will roam these POIs, so make sure you're checking around them and keep your eye on the minimap to discover the red skull icon that will take you directly to him.
When it comes to fighting Eggman, you're going to have weapons with plenty of bullets in the magazine, as Eggman will sit in a vehicle that protects his head (although you can still shoot his head for extra damage). With over 3,000 HP, Shotguns and SMGs will deal quick bursts of damage; just make sure you jump when he slams, and evade when he charges!
If you get to high ground, Eggman will be stuck on the floor, and you can freely shoot at his head from above!
Defeating Eggman will give you the Mythic 8-Bit Shotgun, but if you're lucky, you might also get the Mythic Sonic Power Sneakers! Both of these Mythics are incredible in the current meta, as the 8-Bit Shotgun in its Mythic form will deal 117 damage per body shot and 150 per headshot. With the Mythic Sonic Sneakers, you have infinite durability as you go fast and speed through the map in a blue ball!
