As noted, the Reed Great Katana is part of the Tarnished Pack. You therefore won't be able to access it if you haven't purchased that mini-DLC or Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition.
Elden Ring: Reed Great Katana Location
Here's how to find the Reed Great Katana in Elden Ring:
- Go to the Fort Faroth Site of Grace on the east side of Caelid. Use our How to Get to Caelid guide if you need help.
- Head north to pass by Elder Dragon Greyoll, the large dragon lying on the ground.
- Turn left when you're just passed the dragon to travel westward.
- Climb the hill on your right.
- Loot the Reed Great Katana from the burned body at the top.
